Proposals forwarded

A total of 5,035 proposals collected on the second session of the 11th National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) were allocated to government departments and agencies involved for replies yesterday.

Executive departments are to answer the proposals by the end of August, said Wang Gang, CPPCC executive vice-chairman. Proposals made by its members cover various sectors and all of them are attentively handled, with good ones later being integrated into major state policies and work arrangements.
