Chavez plans to visit China soon

CARACAS: Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has said he plans to visit China for talks with President Hu Jintao soon, but did not mention dates. The Venezuelan leader was speaking during his Sunday TV program, which was broadcast from beside a railway being built with Chinese help. Chavez called the Chinese exemplary partners in the venture, praising them for transferring technology.
