Police warn parents about accident, children cons
Police in Shanghai are warning residents to be on guard against crooks who trick parents by telling them their child is in the hospital and that they need money for medical costs.
Since the start of this school term, nearly 20 people have reported to police that they were cheated out of money by the swindlers.
