Changchun sees record-breaking 150 projects ready for 2009 launch

The next 12 months will see a record number of investment projects launched in the city of Changchun. According to authorities in the city, the capital of the northeastern province of Jilin, the investment will focus on Luyuan, the city's key industrial zone.
