Father wants daughter to live in intellectual home

A father who wants his daughter to live with new parents so she could get a better education has sparked controversy on the Internet among people in Changning, Hunan province.

Peng Yonglin, a sports teacher at a primary school, said he wants his only daughter, who is 9 years old, to live in a more intellectual home so that she can receive a better education.
