'Master of pickpockets' goes back to prison
After a 10-year prison sentence, a seasoned criminal was arrested and sentenced for stealing.
Lu Qiong, known as the master of pickpockets around Beijing, was sentenced to 10 years in jail for robbery and larceny in 1988. In prison, he worked hard to improve his stealing skills.
