BORDEAUX, France: Girondins Bordeaux kept their Ligue 1 title hopes alive with a 2-1 home victory over mid-table Nice on Saturday.
Bordeaux, with just one win in their last six league games, moved up to third with 50 points from 28 games, three points behind leaders Lyon who had a chance to extend their lead yesterday at Auxerre.
