Consumers should not just depend on March 15, the "world consumer rights day", for relief from their troubles, says an article in Changjiang Daily. Following is an excerpt:

Every year, on March 15, the media extensively reports about frauds and duped consumers, and hundreds flock to consumer organizations with complaints.

That's not how the "world consumer rights day" was meant to be celebrated.
