Quake aftershock
An aftershock measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale hit Sichuan province yesterday afternoon, according to the provincial seismological monitoring network. The tremor, which lasted 15 seconds, jolted Qingchuan county, Guangyuan, at 4:25 pm, the epicenter being in Quhe township at 32.4 degrees north latitude and 105.0 degrees east longitude.
No casualties were reported.
