Liaoning province, one of Northeast China's traditional industrial strongholds, is set for massive rejuvenation as its pioneering "Five Points, One Line" strategy looks to be adopted as a national strategy. This will see the policy gain huge support from the central government, and boost the province's rapid progress towards opening up.
