A term to describe investors buying into stocks whose prices are believed to have fallen to the lowest level. It has been one of the most frequently used words among ordinary Chinese investors since October 16, 2007, when the country's benchmark Shanghai Composite Index began its decline from the peak 6,124 points down to 1,664 points on October 28, last year.
