Never too late to exercise

People who don't exercise regularly until they hit the age of 50 can still reap the benefit but it appears to take 10 years for the effects to kick in, Swedish researchers say.

A study of 2,205 Swedish men who were followed for more than 20 years from the age of 50 showed that the belated physical activity made no difference in premature death rates for at least a decade.
