Don't chuck complaint mail
A township government in Shanghai was wrong in rejecting a complaint letter, Nanhui district people's court ruled yesterday. On July 9 2008, a chemical company in the district sent a letter to the township government, complaining about relocation, which was sent back for not addressing a specific recipient. The company sued the government, demanding 10 yuan postage.
