Touch of spring

An ongoing oil painting exhibition features works by contract artists. The work, Among Mountains and Rivers, depicts a spring scene. Red and pink flowers are in full bloom in the foreground. Branches stretch up to the sky, suggesting the vitality of nature. Occupying the bottom corner of the tableau, the grassland is executed in wrinkled brushstrocks.
