VGC's contribution to China's automotive industry

Over the past 25 years, VGC made an accumulative investment of 6.8 billion euros, which is 20 percent of all investment in China's automobile industry.
From the first model on the market in 1984, VGC has 44 models in China by the end of 2008. And of those current 44 models over half, 26 of them, are manufactured in China.
Three of its most significant brands - Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda - have set up production facilities in China.
