Anti-dumping review
The Ministry of Commerce has started a review of anti-dumping measures on phenol from a Taiwan-based company.
The ministry said the review on Chang Chun Plastics Co Ltd, a phenol exporter in Taiwan province, began on Monday and would end before Dec 2.
