Debate heated among parties

Employment has been a hot topic among lawmakers and political advisors at the annual parliamentary and political advisory sessions, with several non-Communist parties showing their concern yesterday.

The number one proposal for the current CPPCC National Committee, one of the feature projects from the political advisory body, gives suggestions on tackling the situation in China amid the global economic recession.

China Zhi Gong Dang, which compiled the proposal, said the government should be careful about using the economy stimulus package to solve the employment issue.
