Museum boss back home

Zheng Xinmiao, director of the Beijing Palace Museum, ended his four-day tour of Taiwan yesterday, and is expected to attend an exhibition on Emperor Yongzheng of the Qing Dynasty (1678-1735) in Taipei in October.

During his trip, Zheng and his Taipei counterpart Chou Kung-shin reached agreement on cooperation between the Beijing Palace Museum and the "National Palace Museum" in Taipei.
