WASHINGTON: New Jersey Devils netminder Martin Brodeur expressed amazement on Monday at his quick return to form after sitting out nearly four months with an injury.
In three starts since returning to the ice following surgery to repair his left biceps, Brodeur has posted a 3-0-0 record, a 0.67 goals-against average and two shutouts.
"I was surprised how quickly I felt good in the net," the 36-year-old Canadian told a teleconference.
