Zhan Haiyu is an ambitious young man. The 27-year-old started his own company in 2002 after four successful years at Lenovo, China's leading personal computer manufacturer.
He joined Lenovo with just a technical school diploma but the industrious young man studied part-time, earning an EMBA (Executive MBA) certificate from prestigious Peking University.
Zhan's current business interests range from computer software to clothes, from hardware to arts and crafts. While successive expansions did bring some challenges to Zhan in 2007, his business remains robust despite the global financial crisis.
