Kingdom sells stake

Kingdom Holding Co, the investment company controlled by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal (above), sold its 50 percent stake in Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues in Geneva as part of a plan to consolidate its hotel assets.

Kingdom realized 225 million riyals ($60 million) in cash from the stake sale, the company said yesterday in an e-mailed statement. The hotel remains under the management of Four Seasons in which Kingdom holds a 47.5 percent stake.
