Man arrested for urging another to jump off roof
A young man in Shangrao, Jiangxi province, was arrested for encouraging another young man to commit suicide.
One evening last week, a young man who was upset that his parents got divorced, wanted to jump off a 14-story roof but was talked out of it by firefighters.
