Combining traditional ballet and Peking Opera, the modern ballet Mei Lanfang, staged by the Guangzhou Ballet, details the life story of the great Peking Opera master. It will feature the four Chinese beauties - Yang Yuhuan, Concubine Yu, Mu Guiying and Zhao Yanrong - that Mei once played. Both symphony and Peking Opera music will be used to accompany the dance.
