Lunar projects for bidding
The State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense has invited more than 130 experts from 30 universities to participate in the second phase of China's lunar probe program. More than 90 projects are open for public bidding that universities and institutes can compete for in order to get involved in the program. The commission said the cooperation with universities and institutes will boost innovation and lower costs.
