ING appoints new CFO

ING Groep NV, the biggest Dutch financial-services company, said Patrick Flynn will take over as chief financial officer and replace John Hele, the bank and insurer said in a statement distributed by Hugin yesterday.

ING said on Oct 23 Hele will step down on March 31 and join Arch Capital Group Ltd, a Bermuda-based reinsurer, as executive vice-president and CFO.
