Moshikou Street in Shijingshan district, a western suburb of Beijing, is home to many centuries-old relics and sites, such as Fahai Temple, the ice age museum, Tian Yi Tomb and Cheng'en Temple. It has been turned into a major tourist draw called the West Beijing Cultural Relics Street.
The street runs from east to west for about 2 km and is flanked by traditional courtyards on both sides. In the small alleys between the yards are signs pointing visitors to these historical sites.
