Bulls land Miller

CHICAGO: The Chicago Bulls have signed 7-footer Brad Miller and forward John Salmons in a multi-player trade with the Sacramento Kings.
The Kings in return received Andres Nocioni, Drew Gooden, Cedric Simmons and Michael Ruffin, who was promptly sent to the Portland Trail Blazers for forward Ike Diogu.
