The city's high court announced 30 principles in trying litigation involving disputes in economic, financial, trading and shipping sectors yesterday. Shen Zhixian, vice-director of Shanghai High People's Court, said economic development and the financial crisis are creating challenges. Since late last year, litigation on financial derivatives and wealth management is seeing rapid growth.
