Burglar steals DVD player, returns later for remote

A burglar who stole a DVD player returned to the scene of the crime to retrieve the remote control and was caught by the tenant in Chengdu.

The thief, surnamed Song, 25, a migrant worker from Zigong, Sichuan province, broke into the house and stole the DVD player and other things. On Sunday, he decided to return for the remote since the machine couldn't function without it.
