Antaeus shifts focus

Antaeus Group, a Beijing-based real estate firm, is building a new five-star hotel complex in Sanya, Hainan province in May. The hotel complex, covering an area of 260,000 sq m, consists of a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, an exhibition center and a shopping mall. The move is part of its efforts to shift focus from residential buildings to tourism real estate. Antaeus Group is also constructing China's first seven-star hotel in Hainan.
