Gas used to control drunk driver in traffic jam row
Police had to use tear gas on a drunk driver last Monday after his car caused a traffic jam in downtown Tongchun, Shaanxi province.
Zhou had argued with officers after they stopped him on suspicion of being drunk. He only surrendered after cops used the spray to bring him under control.
