Small woman shows big heart to fund kids' studies

A woman suffering with primordial dwarfism has been trying to put her children through college by collecting garbage in the streets of Harbin, Heilongjiang province.

Wei Yahua, 49, who stands at only 0.9 m, started the job after giving up farming to support her three children, one of whom she adopted after a fellow villager couple died.
