Sick girl has written 900 poems to beat the blues

A 10-year-old Shanghai girl who suffers with a rare disease has taken up poetry to beat those sickbed blues. Sun Xin was 17 months old when she contracted her illness, which causes her right leg to fracture frequently meaning she is often hospitalized.

But since she was 7 the youngster has used her time to explore her love of poetry - and has already written more than 900 poems.
