UBS cautious on rally

UBS Securities Co has said in a recent report that the rebound of China's A-share market can last for one to two months with adequate liquidity, adding that it remained cautious on the market after the second quarter.

The company said government investment has not effectively spurred investments by companies, with figures in the past four months showing that most mid- to long-term loans were for infrastructure projects.
