If there's one cliche that always crops up when describing Hong Kong, it is that this is where "East meets West". For Yves Azemar, a Frenchman who has spent the past 17 years on the former British colony, such encounters take place not in the city's hedonistic bars and clubs, but on the yellowing pages of his old and rare books.
