China, Portugal mark 30 years of ties

President Hu Jintao and his Portuguese counterpart Anibal Cavaco Silva exchanged congratulatory messages yesterday to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of China-Portugal diplomatic ties.
In his message, Hu said bilateral ties have developed smoothly over the past three decades.
