Drink, dine and dance

To make Valentine's Day a special one for romantics, the Jaan French restaurant (家安法餐厅) has invited two professional Tango dancers from Argentina to jazz up the evening. You are welcome to join in the dancing, but can also choose to sit back, relax and watch a good show. French chef Guillaume Galliot, known for making authentic French food, cooks up a five course dinner with foie gras, lobster and pigeon or cod.

The meal will start with a light tasting foie gras, followed by a slow-cooked lobster of crunchy texture served with grilled vegetables. The main course features a slow-cooked pigeon or cod smoked with thyme, asparagus, baby bean and fava bean. This is followed by a platter of three kinds of French cheese, and completed with a dessert of deep-fried chocolate croquette with crumb and ice cream.

The dinner costs 1,999 yuan for a couple, including two glasses of champagne, door gifts and an exciting lucky draw by a brand name jeweler.
