Blaze victims settle
Ten families of the 15 victims who died in a bar fire in Changle, Fujian province on Jan 31 have accepted the government's offer of settlement with a compensation of 250,000 yuan ($36,600) for each of the victims, the government said on its website yesterday.
The authorities are targeting for the bar owners to provide the compensation, it said.
