Russia to host Korean talks
The Republic of Korea (ROK) says Russia will host a meeting of six nations involved in the DPRK nuclear negotiations later this month.
ROK Foreign Ministry spokesman Moon Tae-young said yesterday the meeting will take place on Feb 19-20 in Moscow.
