Special Supplement: Manchester Business School kicks off innovation award
Manchester Business School (MBS) is inviting members of the public to submit outlines of innovative business plans to a panel of professors, academic directors, and MBS alumni. The annual competition will provide Chinese entrepreneurs with support in developing their business plans into commercial reality.
"Innovation and entrepreneurship are key elements in the success of any business and this reflects MBS' strong reputation for original thinking," said Chief Global Officer & CEO of MBS Worldwide Nigel Banister. "We hope the award will help more local entrepreneurs turn their visions into commercially successful ventures."
MBS has reached a partnership agreement with China Daily to promote the Manchester Innovation Award in 2009. China Daily will be the media sponsor for the award in China. Nigel added, "we hope the idea of innovation and entrepreneurship will be disseminated to a wider audience and more people will take part in and benefit from the Manchester Innovation Award."
