Morgan cuts forecast
Morgan Stanley slashed its economic growth forecast for China in 2009 to 5.5 percent, from the previous 7.5 projection, which would be the weakest pace in almost two decades.
"We expect the economy to get much worse before getting better," said Wang Qing, the company's chief China economist.
