Leaders' cash guarantee
Officials in Chengmai, Hainan province, have started depositing a diligence guarantee from Jan 1, Hinews.com reported yesterday.
Party and government leaders in the county and towns must each deposit 300 yuan a month, while the amount for village chiefs is 150 yuan.
