Police crack ring of teenage bicycle thieves
Police in Beijing uncovered a teenage bicycle ring responsible for stealing about 100 electric-powered bikes from off the streets.
The ringleader, Qian, who is 16, along with Chen and Li, both also 16, stole the bikes together.
