Company pays price for unlicensed building team
A superstitious company invited an unlicensed construction team to rebuild a balcony with poor feng shui and was then fined 500,000 yuan ($73,000) after a fatal accident in Dongguan, Guangdong province.
Three construction workers were killed and another two suffered serious injury while reconstructing the balcony outside the building in 2007.
