Hu Chunhua new governor

Hu Chunhua was elected as the governor of Hebei province yesterday at the second session of the 11th provincial people's congress.

He once served as deputy secretary of the Party's Tibet committee and vice-chairman of the Tibet autonomous regional government. He became the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China in 2006.
