Cheat detained for outsmarting victims
A semi-literate woman in her 60s was recently detained for swindling more than 430,000 yuan ($62,900) from nine women, including teachers and doctors, in Zhuzhou, Hunan province.
Cheng Ruihua passed herself off in the past year as a Hong Kong resident with businesses in region.
