Snow disrupts traffic

Heavy snowfall across Germany has snarled road traffic and caused delays at Germany's international airports.

Duesseldorf International Airport says no flights were allowed to land or take off between 6-9 am yesterday because clearing crews were unable to keep up with the snow. Airport spokesman Christian Witt says more than 30 flights were canceled because of the bad weather. Flights from Frankfurt International Airport were delayed as much as an hour but none had to be canceled.
