Umbilical cord used to save cerebral palsy sufferer
A 4-year-old cerebral palsy victim is undergoing new treatment involving an umbilical cord donated by her 3-month-old sister.
The girl named Jing Jing (not her real name) was born in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi province, in 2004 and could not speak or walk because of cerebral palsy.
