2 arrested for explosion
Police claimed to have arrested two people in connection with Saturday's firework plant explosion that killed 13 people and injured two others.
Ling Xi'en, 45, and his wife Lao Lanying have been accused of allegedly producing and selling the explosives without authorization, Qu Zhifan, the provincial public security department chief said.
