Leading advertising agency Leo Burnett Worldwide, a unit of France's Publicis Groupe, acquired Beijing-based Chinese ad agency W&K Communications in early December after other recent acquisitions in China, such as EmporioAsia - a digital service provider - in May, and channel marketing operator Yong Yang in 2007.
